The flag bearer of the People's National Convention (PNC), Dr Edward Nasigre Mahama, has expressed his intention to provide tax relief to employers who engage the services of the physically challenged in their firms, should he win the election. At the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) presidential encounter in Accra, he observed that many employers refused to employ individuals who were qualified but were physically challenged, a situation he described as discriminating.
